①Dimensional precision
For the connectors of automotive sensors, we have realized dimensional precision (tolerance ±0.05) and O-ring surface roughness (Rz3.0) in order to ensure watertightness.

We hold patented technology, including miniaturized automotive sensors (Patent No. 3954074)
Conventionally, we made a wire bonding surface by bending the metal terminal into an L-shape.
However, this posed problems, as it is costly to do L-shape bending, and it made the semiconductor chip mount too large. To solve this problem, we made wire bonding surfaces by shaving the sheared surface of the linear formed tip. As a result of this innovation, we have realized 30% smaller size and 10% lower price than before.
We have introduced inline deburring of connector openings to automated machinery after molding, thereby realizing low cost, high precision, and high speed deburring.
We have extended maintenance cycles and improved product quality by using degassing structure dies.
By linking to the molding machine, it is possible to open and close the degassing pin in any position.
The degassing pin mechanism can be used to discharge gas smoothly.
