Our molded products used as housing of automotive sensor parts are shipped by customers in combination with many electronic parts and metal parts. If there are even small plastic burrs on the housing, that burr often falls off when it is combined with other products, causing defects in the product. We have die manufacturing technology of such high precision it is almost impossible to see the parting line, as well as high-precision degassing structure die technology for PPS and other plastics that tend to generate gas, and we use these technologies to minimize burrs.
